Billing, cancellation & refunds

• Submitting a scanner request is free and creates no charge, no subscription, no entitlement and no payment obligation.
• No card or payment details are collected anywhere in this flow.
• Catalogue prices such as “From €39 / month” are indications for separately confirmed future access, not a current checkout.
• GFWS confirms scope, data availability and commercial terms with you in writing before any activation. Typical delivery is within 7 days after scope confirmation.

• Any paid order will require a separate checkout that clearly shows the binding price, applicable taxes, the billing period, what is included and when access starts.
• You will have to give express consent to those terms before any payment is taken.
• If recurring billing is used, the renewal date, renewal amount and renewal frequency will be conspicuous before purchase and confirmed afterwards.
• A practical cancellation method will be provided — at least as easy as signing up — including the mechanisms required by applicable EU and U.S. state law.

You can stop using GFWS at any time and ask us to close your account. If a paid plan exists in future, cancelling stops further renewals; access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for unless the law or the specific offer says otherwise.

There is no absolute “no refunds ever” rule. We will review and, where appropriate, refund:

• duplicate charges,
• charges you did not authorise,
• cases where purchased access was not provided or was materially unavailable,
• and anything a mandatory consumer right in your jurisdiction requires.

Trading losses, market outcomes or dissatisfaction with what the market did are not by themselves a basis for a software refund, because GFWS sells analytical software and not an investment result.

EU consumer withdrawal rights for digital services are preserved. Because today’s flow is a free, non-binding request with no payment, nothing in it asks you to waive those rights or claims that you have. If paid digital access is introduced, the withdrawal information and any express consent to begin performance early will be presented at checkout as the law requires.
